Subset loci.treefile
Dear Treeshrink,
I have a loci.treefile with about 3800 gene trees. An issue arises due to gene trees with "too many taxa" when really, the genes are split in their alignment files due to poor sequencing or assembly. Thus, I have a ton of alignments/trees that need to be filtered for files with the correct amount of taxa. Is Treeshrink capable of doing such?
Best,
AAH
I am not sure if I understand your use case, but it doesn't seem to be what TreeShrink is designed for.
