Play pause keys don't do anything

Hi there uxsoft, I'm on Windows 10 build version 1903. The play/pause and skip keys don't work for me. I have tried it on another keyboard with dedicated media keys, and they work there.

Same problem on Windows 10 202H. Play/Pause key's do nothing in Spotify and dedicated windows keyboard the buttons work. The play/pause bindings triggers do not work.
