Sudden StackOverFlow crash when rewriting procedures of Amiga executable

Unlike the issue documented in #950, this crash happened pretty much immediately once the program went to the "rewriting procedures" step. I'm running the latest AppVeyor build of Reko, and I'm attaching the binary I'm attempting to disassemble.
