Saved queries are not updated across concurrent browser sessions

Multiple tabs showing Leaf operate independently which is much better than the alternative.

However, when it comes to saving and loading, opening Saved Queries in another browser tab does not show updates made in a first tab. It's valuable to always load the list of queries from the DB, to allow for concurrent operation.
