Filters `assignee` and `status:{all,draft}` not working with recent Gerrit versions

Since our upgrade to Gerrit 3.10.1, the plugin fails with the following error message:

Failed to get Gerrit changes. Request not successful. Message: Bad Request. Status-Code: 400. Content: Unrecognized value: draft.

This happens only if the Status filter is set to 'All' or 'Draft'; the statuses 'Merged', 'Open', and 'Abandoned' produce no such error message.
