Allow users to copy the gerrit review URL to clipboard from IDE

@bond-: What is your motivation for requesting this feature? I assume you have noticed the "Open in Gerrit" menu item which opens your browser.

Sorry and thanks for reminding. The reason is, I would not want to open my request in gerrit again. My issue was, I wanted to quickly submit a review request and copy the gerrit URL and send the URL to concerned parties via IM.

Sometimes people are lazy to check gerrit emails and they keep a filter for them :).
