As with the previous PR, the Travis-CI failures seem to be unrelated to this change. The `t_multicall/1` test case worked each time.

Actually, the license was supposed to be changed to Apache 2.0 a long time ago. I just never got around to it.

Yeah, I just haven't gotten into the habit of using or publishing to hex. I'll try to do better in the future.

Yes, probably. I've started working on some things in the 'uw-leader-hanging' branch. Among other things, there is a test in test/locks_leader_tests.erl, where the new locks_ttb.erl is used (see the code)....
