[Feature request Idea] HTML email elements , Images load prevention

Description

Prevent email message that open a ticket to be loaded by the ticket system; a banner should allow the operator to see remote image content only if pressed.

If someone create a ticket from an HTML email with invisible pixels or images that is load from the web can tracking if email was opened or not or can also maybe load dangerous content.

As other ticket system for example OsTicket or just email clients maybe will be useful add this kind of protection... if is not to hard to implement. what do you think?
