Feature request: support SLA and Task
Description
Will be very useful have a SLA custom profile for ticket so if a ticket is not managed a reminder is sent. In OsTicket you can have default SLA for example 24, 48 hours but I also added custom sla that alert me if ticket is still opened after a year.
Useful can be also have internal task with email alert when task is expired like in Osticket.
