Feature Request: support ldap (active directory) authentication

Description

Integration with LDAP server to Helpdesk System so that admin can track and manage user registration/password, all staff details easily.

@vaishaliwebkul , @piyushwebkul has written a blog about adding ldap support in uvdesk. link - https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/uvdesk-opensource-ldap-integration Is that working, because I was not able to authenticate my ldap server with uvdesk. And also I see that the feature request issue is still open but Issue: In progress label is removed.

Is there any more information on this? I am reading https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/uvdesk-opensource-ldap-integration/ but there are things that are not clear and it appears that paths have changed. I had to use mlocate to find the files referenced.

Are there any news regarding LDAP(s)? The link https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/uvdesk-opensource-ldap-integration/ doesn't open a blog post any more. Instead there is a 404 error page.
