eca_a9 did not follow the waypoint path

When I run roslaunch uuv_gazebo_worlds auv_underwater_world.launch ,Then run roslaunch eca_a9_gazebo start_demo_nmb_sm.launch .Eca_a9 did not follow the waypoint path. I want to know the reason. Any help?
