Consider releasing the separate binaries too

Currently the releases release only the multicall binaries. I know this is double the releases but it would be nice not to have to build from source if I want to get the separate binaries.

@sylvestre I'd like to take a stab at this. What i had in mind was to put all the binaries into a single archive instead of creating an archive per executable. Would that be reasonable?

That's probably the best option since people will want to download all at once.
