We also cannot upgrade until this PR of mine is merged there: https://github.com/ogham/rust-term-grid/pull/12

Sadly, it has not been reviewed/merged yet since I posted it all the way back in July... The crate seems to be unmaintained (the last commit was in October 2020). I've been thinking that we could maybe fork it under the uutils organisation? If you agree then I could open an issue there to discuss that.

Yeah we should continue with that. So far, I was a bit hesitant because I couldn't get the same performance as the 1.* branch. That doesn't need to be a blocker though.
