#UUPDUMP_ERROR:EMPTY_FILELIST (only affecting all releases of 15063 / RS2 / Version 1703) again

#6 is back. This time, Adguard is also affected. Not sure if this is a breaking change / removal on MS side, or if it's due to API changes to support querying newer builds.

Looks like it's only affecting the _shub builds, regular 15063 loads fine.

Probably because of the Client-Protocol/2.50 bump from 1.70

It might not be - it seems https://uupdump.net/findfiles.php?id=003e295c-f35f-40ba-8205-8deaa33f79d7 works, but https://uupdump.net/findfiles.php?id=be89586f-808b-484f-8d56-5a5646809c82 doesn't. Maybe the ARM64 versions got pulled server-side?
