Somehow the content of the comments is linke to another repo

This Nikola blog post https://www.pypy.org/posts/2022/12/pypy-v7310-release.html#utterances-thread comes from the pypy/pypy.org repo and is deployed with github pages. It is linking to a random repo for comment count, and showing a comment that is not related, in fact I cannot find where that comment text comes from, although it sounds familiar.
