feature: reporting a comment

Any thoughts around a "report" button for comments? My initial thinking was to use the same repo, but a separate issue behind the scenes where reports for a page (or an entire site) would be sent. That way anyone part of the org could deal with moderation reports in one place.

Hmm... How about a moderation website that uses JS for specific components, other than that it's a plain old Jekyll-like site? Kinda like Netlify CMS.
