Local urls generate comment issues on wrong repository

@Passionlinux integrated utternaces with his blog. For the post Des nouvelles, le site et ce qui se passe… his sample comment got posted to my blog's repo at posts/des-nouvelles-le-site-et-ce-qui-se-passe/ #26.

I use utterances for my blog, which I generate with Zola. Zola previews the generated page on http://127.0.0.1:1111/. And this url is used as the key for issue generation.
