[Feature Request] Can we have a spam filter?

Hello, I am happy user of utterance in my blog, got my first spam comment today - so can we have a spam filter for utterances on top of same principles?

It seems more useful to me if GitHub had spam filtering. Then everyone that uses GitHub would benefit from that feature instead of just users of utterances.

@bender2k14 that's a fair point. But I think it's more relevant for a comments section than issues on Github. Alternatively this doesn't need to be part of utterances, another bot could read all the replies and filter them.
