Note: `ndpiReader` is just an example integration and not meant to get used for live traffic processing. In addition, the JSON/CSV output is not well tested AFAIR.
z3950 had several fals positives, need to investigate :/

`nDPId` retrieves the score from `libnDPI`. So maybe the documentation and implementation got out of sync.
There might be a tiny bug within the risk aggregation in nDPId. Need to investigate..
Unfortunately, there are still companies out there, which are using CentOS 7..
(issue was fixed by compiling gcc-11)
