[BUG] v10.5.7 UI top menu -> Data Source -> Source -> Last Input did not use "Time Zone"

• OS: new ubuntu server 24.04, without anything else install.
• Browser : Windows Chrome latest
• Version : v10.5.7

I set the time zone in " top right 4 dot menu" -> setting -> application settings -> scroll to the bottom -> time zone -> Hong Kong Time Zone. and then saved.

two place did not have the time zone set correctly.

1. UI top menu -> Data Source -> Source -> Last Input did not use "Time Zone"
2. UI top menu -> Log Explorer -> log explorer -> sometimes it will show the UTC, then I go to setting, found the time zone is already in "Hong Kong Time Zone", then I set it to non-HongKongTimeZone, save, then set it to Hong Kong Time Zone again. then the time in log explorer will show correctly. might related to reboot? not sure.
