The pdf export option was tested in our DEV environment and was validated in production, version 10.5.12. Please, upgrade to latest version.

Issue is resolved after upgrading to 10.7.2. It will be helpful if anyone can brief about any changes done for report printing.
it was not fixed till version 10.6.0
