Describe the bug On the integrations where you configure tenants, the system lets you remove the last integration tenant without disabling the integration.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Integrations' menu.
2. Click on 'Bitdefender integration'
3. Scroll down, create a tenant, save and enable the integration.
4. Remove all tenants, see that the integration remains enabled.

Expected behavior Integration can't be enabled without tenants.
