[FEATURE] Improve Beats versions in agent updates

Currently the beat versions of the UTMStack agents (Winlogbeat, Filebeat) are tied to the versions of the UTMStackAgent service.

This should be improved and handle specific versions of each Beat per UTMStack version individually, just as is currently done with the other UTMStack agent services.
