Improve windows 11 troubleshooting instructions

As mentioned in this Discord message, pressing Shift + F10 doesn't actually work (for me and at least one other person) unless it's done on the first screen of the setup.

(I haven't personally confirmed if this works, my workaround was a bit more complicated.)
