SPICE Guest Tool not installed on VM

Describe the issue
When I tried to install SPICE Guest Tool on VM running Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9841, it kept saying unsupported Windows version. And now I have to use the VM with 800*600 unchangeable resolution and Metro apps won't running.

macOS Version: Tahoe 26.0.1
Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1
