RISC-V (Debian 13 Trixie): unsupported satp mode SV57

Describe the issue
Running Debian 13 Trixie in generic RISC-V emulation (riscv64) and invoking java -version results in the error unsupported satp mode SV57.

I don't think this applies as there's a suggestion to "just set" sv48=on when running Qemu - I "just fail" to find the right place in the GUI setup (or, fwiw, in the config.plist file. Any suggestions?
