Add a new guest network

I use kvm on my main Research system. I have been using UTM on my M3 Mac. For some of my research simulations I need to run guest networks with specific IP configurations. KVM on linux isn't an issue. Is there a way to create custom virtual networks in UTM on MacOS? E.g. 10.3.0.0/16?
