"Failed to lock byte 100: Operation not supported" when opening utm image from network location

Describe the issue

When *.utm image is located on smb share, it cannot be opened. Error is qemu-x86_64-softmmu: -drive if=none,media=disk,id=drive0,file.file-name=/Volumes/downloads/ReactOS.utm/Images/hdd.img,discard=unmap,detect-zeroes=unmap: Failed to lock byte 100: Operation not supported

Note that error window is covered with another error window saying "Internal error trying to connect to SPICE server."

Indeed, opening .utm directly from a network drive is not supported because, as stated, the image cannot be locked and therefore can be corrupted if it's being opened by two clients at once. I can look into adding an override option in Preferences that will bypass this check though.
