CD/DVD Drive and VM Settings can't be opened in a Pre-made VM

Describe the issue
Any Existing UTM machine doesn't allow for the CD/DVD file to be changed. Furthermore, the preferences Icon is inaccessible, therefore not allowing a Windows XP ISO Image to be used.

Configuration

  • UTM Version: 4.5.1 (100)
  • macOS Version: 15.1 Beta (24B5046f)
  • Mac Chip : Apple M1
