VMs should remember the if they were last run full screen

It would be great to open a full screen window when clicking on the ▶️ "run" button if the VM was run in full screen mode last time.

UTM should also keep the position of a non-fullscreen VM. Currently, it keeps the size of the VM window, but not the position.
