Describe the issue
While using Windows 11 in UTM environment putting it in full screen several times it captures the mouse even if not requested and even if the option to capture the mouse in full screen is deselected from the UTM menu. Having a Windows keyboard, I am not able to unlock it with the Mac keyboard key combination and I often find myself forced to restart the Mac from the power button because everything becomes unusable. Only a few months ago this problem, since UTM was updated automatically to the latest version, the one indicated here. I attach a screenshot to help you understand the problem Configuration

  • UTM Version: 4.5.3(99)
  • macOS Version: 14.5
  • Mac Chip :M1

Same here. macOS 14.5, UTM 4.53, Macbook Pro M1. It happens in Ubuntu 22.04 ARM as well.

Are you sure it's captured? In full screen mode, the default cursor is hidden but if you move your mouse to the top of the screen, it should show the toolbar again.

Press Ctrl+Cmd simultaneously at least a few times and then you are released from the lock-in.

Can this capture be completely disabled with a menu option ? Sometimes, even repeatedly pressing cmd+opt does not help and shutting down the guest OS is the only option, so it is very annoying.
