Add Shortcuts automation support

UTM users could benefit from Shortcuts integration, which would offer a more user-friendly interface for automation aside from the existing AppleScript and command-line options

For users who want to use Shortcuts right now, the workaround is to create the automation using AppleScript or command-line, then trigger it from a Shortcuts script.
