Better support for jailbroken m1 ipads

M1 iPads have the same processor and hardware virtualization acceleration as m1 mac. It would great if utm can achieve the same performance on m1 ipads as m1 macs.

Recently some skilled developers on Twitter showed that, with a jailbroken i(Pad)OS device and A14 CPU or later (?), you can indeed get Hypervisor.framework working and run it in UTM. I don't know if it's possible to package all of the modifications involved into a .deb for the jailbreak crowd to enjoy – if I remember correctly, the kernel needs to be modified to enable the otherwise locked hypervisor feature.

Found some info on the subject and it looks like M1 iPads have the hypervisor already unlocked in the kernel. Requires a decompiled version of Hypervisor.framework though.
