Yeah, that's IMPORTANT Even without updating, there should be at least a disclaimer saying kernel image is fixed and one shouldn't update kernel via pacman. I spent a lot of time trying to understand why update killed my system.

I'm trying to go through the guide right now, and failing to mount since /etc/fstab isn't updated... :(

Edit: For future clarification, this is the "Mount the Filesystems" step before downloading the Arch Linux ARM.
