PlaceholderAPI Support

I already posted this onto the Spigot but figured I'd do it the proper way and post on GITHUB 😄

I would like the Plugin to support PlaceholderAPI so when using the Locale file (which I would assume would be the Primary use) users can add Placeholders for instance -

My case scenario would be the chest hologram stating how many chests the users have available, well in my scenario I would like it to state the MultiVerse World they're in

Survival Enderchest ^Multiverse Placeholder to read the world name

And of course if this get implemented there are more features that and possibilities but I figured I'd lay out that one example.
