Add utPLSQL support on Oracle 21c

Hello,

I cannot install plugin utPLSQL extension (v1.4) in SQL Developer (v21.4) with Oracle Database 21c.

How can I fixed it ?

utPLSQL already supports Oracle Database 11g Release 2 and higher. It works also in 21c and 23c.

The SQL Developer extension for utPLSQL works only if you have installed utPLSQL in your database. See the installation chapter in the utPLSQL User's Guide for instructions.
