Multiload Rename

The concept of "multiload" reflects an old way of thinking about VECs that we're really not using anymore. The module naming should reflect this.

Maybe execution_contexts or virtual_contexts or something like that. VECs seems a bit brief, but spelling it out fully seems too verbose.
