Publishing of uStyle to repos

Now that we've added uStyle to Bower, NPM and RubyGems, we need a way of publishing to them every time we make a new release.

Bower already handles this because it uses Git Tags, but NPM and RubyGems require new versions to be published manually.

I'm sure there's a way we can integrate this into our current workflow (Grunt task?), but let's take a look into it.
