Flag -n is not available when using pxcsvdump altough README says it is

The README says:

pxcsvdump
---------
Parses the Paradox-database and dump the corresponding CSV-strings on
stdout.

use -n to overwrite the tablename.

The flag -n is not implemented (it wasn't also in the original source)
