Implement table of benchmark attributes versus bencharmark IDs

Implement a table or grid of benchmark attributes or qualities versus benchmark IDs. The attributes would be attributes that are tested by the given benchmark such as "unstructured meshes", "Implicit diffusion", "convection", "non-linear coupling", "spatial accuracy", etc. The list of attributes as well as whether each benchmark tests these attributes needs to be brainstormed. The grid would include ticks or crosses based on whether the benchmark tests the attribute.

This process will better inform us (the PFHub, benchmarking core team) about what the benchmarks are actually achieving and what we're missing or where we're over sampling.
