Add recommended test to component description

User Story:

As an OSCAL component description implementer, I would like to add the ability to identify recommended ways of testing how my component or capability implements a given control

Goals:

I would like to be able to have a sub-element of the implemented-requirement element that allows me to identify in narrative form potential ways to test that the conrol is successfullly implemented.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] All OSCAL website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the OSCAL website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
  • [ ] A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
  • [ ] The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
  • [ ] The OSCAL metamodel is updated with appropriate element
  • [ ] The OSCAL component model is updated with the appropriate element

This is being worked as part of #1058, which is targeting a 1.2.0 release. Pushing this back to 1.2.0 as a result.

Given that #1058 is where this work will continue and be tracked, I would recommend we close this issue and recommend the community follow up on that. I will mark this issue as Need Triage for that discussion in the upcoming sessions.
