[BUG] Remote Backups

Describe the bug Simple say, adding a remote location ( SFTP ) just get ignored , no backups get made , not incredimental or normal they only get made if you Manual select the one you want to make, nothing automatic. ( incredimental atleast , normal does not even have a option to remote store it )

To Reproduce

1. add a external location for SFTP
2. setup the backups for normal and remote 2a) add the sites you want to backup
3. wait 24 hours or longer
4. see that nothing get done as setup ...

Expected behavior make the backup as intended and store it on external location.

Screenshots No screenshots needed, i can screenshot a empty directory but that is pointless

Operating system: Centos 7

CyberPanel version: Version 2.1.2

Additional context There are a few more problems with the backup system , but this problem is a mayor problem that even prevents the backups from working if the backups are working then i can report the other related bugs, as there is a posibility that they are related to each other and that this problem when solved also solves the other related bugs.

Has any progress been made on this? I'd like to piggyback on the sftp mechanism in order to use rclone and onedrive - it should be relatively easy to just change the Restic Repo path to an rclone path.
