Unicode support bug in file editor

i'm experiencing problem in Filemanager file editor , whenever i edit file including nepali unicode like सुचना then it saves like सुना, this is just an example all the unicode characters are being formatted incorrectly in some way while saving. i'm using Cyberpanel v2.1 stable on Centos8
