Problem in Panel on recent installs

For last 2 days there are problems in new cyberpanel installs.

There is no issue/error in installation process.

CSF Problem When you install CSF on newly installed panel, the process hangs and panel stops responding. After manually restart lscpd service, it starts working but then it keeps getting down and hanged again n again. Also seen some issues in other features too.

This problem has started very recently, 1 or 2 days. Before that it was absolutely fine.

This is tested on Ubuntu 20 and Ubuntu 22. Tested on multiple VPS. 1 from Hetzner and another from Hostinger.

Child-domain Issue Along with this issue, another problem seen is any child domain / addon domain added are not visible anywhere in panel. Only folder is created at given path, vhost config files are also created in litespeed but it's not available in panel. So, if ssl fails, you can nowhere click to issue ssl on a child domain. it's not available anywhere in panel.
