[BUG] Database deletion/restore after backup

Operating system: Ubuntu 18

CyberPanel version: 2.1.1 Additional context

Hello. Yesterday I took a full backup of my site and restored it. There was a problem with the database when I installed it, the database had taken the old one and there was no sql when I opened the tar in it, so I couldn't install properly. When I tried it for the second time, I noticed something, even if I delete the site completely or format the OS, cyberpanel pulls the database it wrote last time and a confusion occurs.

I would be very happy if you take a look, I had a database problem when I took a backup and installed it once before.

Please upgrade to latest version and revert if the issue persist.

@Manif35 tested on up versions of unbuntu all working fine if you open a ticket we can check on your server as well
