Collasping of top menu doesn't work if I remove side bar

I tried removing the "sidebar" (col-sm-2 col-lg-2) Then zoomed The top menu (collapse navbar-collapse nav navbar-nav top-menu) disappears and is unable to get back by clicking "navbar-toggle pull-left animated flip"
