Update labels on ground failure pin

The current wording is a little misleading in that it implies we know what happened when in fact it implies a modeled estimate. We want to change "Landslides" to "Landslide Estimate" and "Liquefaction" to "Liquefaction Estimate" in the titles of both sections of the pin, example below:

Just checking in on this, it'd be great if this is something that could be changed relatively soon since the current titles are not reflective of the fact that the statements are estimates not based on known info and this is misleading.
