Layer Chooser on Mobile

In a mobile environment you need to touch the layer chooser to select a layer (on desktop you hover). When you touch the control, it opens the layer chooser and selects the layer that was underneath your touch.

This means that clicking on the layer chooser will select the aerial view most of the time (sometimes grayscale).
