I'm not sure... It would be an IE/Edge specific issue; I'll look into it!

@llastowka-usgs still an issue... The station popups don't render on IE/Edge

I have a branch that is a possible fix for this... but I need to put it somewhere I can test it on IE https://github.com/dslosky-usgs/earthquake-eventpages/tree/polyfill
