dotnetstandard-bip39 issue on Linux

dotnetstandard_bip39 has an issue if it is compiled on Linux, I pushed a Pull request https://github.com/elucidsoft/dotnetstandard-bip39/pull/2 for that, but somehow the repo is inactive.
